Terms of Service

Data Accuracy

Points Console aggregates award availability data from publicly accessible hotel booking systems on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy and freshness, availability data can change within seconds on the underlying platform. Dates shown as available may be booked, cancelled, or modified by the time you attempt a reservation. All data is provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified on the hotel chain's official website before making any travel decisions.

Service Availability

Points Console is a monitoring tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to World of Hyatt, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries. Our ability to surface award availability data is contingent on the continued accessibility of third-party booking systems. Access to these systems is subject to the terms of service of the respective hotel chains, which may change at any time. Accordingly, Points Console may be required to modify, suspend, or discontinue data collection for any or all properties without advance notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable in the event of such a service disruption, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions & Billing

Console Pro is billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Points Console reserves the right to modify pricing, plan features, or tier thresholds with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

No Guarantees

Points Console makes no warranty, express or implied, that (a) the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) award availability data will be complete, timely, or accurate, (c) Telegram alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe, or (d) any award redemption will be successfully completed. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Telegram (notifications), and ZenRows (data retrieval). Outages, rate limits, or policy changes by any of these providers may affect service quality. Points Console is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party service failures.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Points Console to systematically harvest, resell, or redistribute award availability data. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the platform's security measures. Points Console reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
